Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Mila + Mate before mailing products back at hello@mila-mate.com.

Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order once approved.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by original tags attached to the item(s). However, we will do our best to resolve any further inquiries which do not follow these guidelines.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue online credit for the return.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and document damages with photos. We will then instruct you how to return and if item is still in stock, will replace the item(s).
